Our new conductive inks surpass standard benchmarks, while the insulating inks offer strength that is closer to traditional PCBs, enabling the creation of durable 3D PCBs while being able to print features sizes 8 mil traces and clearances. With enhanced material compatibility, the SV2 Premium boosts conductivity and ensures stronger mechanical strength.

Motion System

The SV2 Premium features an upgraded motion system with enhanced axes. The improved system provides a repetability measured under 10um, and vibrations have been reduced by 50% when compared with other SV2 systems.

The new motion system improves feature dimensions and accuracy while printing.

UV Curing and Sintering

SV2 Premium offers customizable UV settings for improved curing of dielectric insulators and other UV curable materials.
